Terms of Service
⩥ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
⩥ All commissioned artwork are done in my art style. If you want yours done similar to an artwork I've drawn before, please let me know which one!
⩥ Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like a drawing done by a certain deadline, please let me know so we can work something out.
⩥ Please allow me 1-4 weeks to complete the commission.
⩥ Payment via Paypal, or Gcash (local PH clients)
⩥ 100% payment upfront OR at least 50% payment upfront, then remaining amount after sketch is approved.
⩥ For personal and non-commercial use only! (profile picture, wallpaper, banner, print out and frame, gift, etc). Please do not claim it as your own, and do not use it for profit. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
⩥ No refunds or returns once I have started working on the commission.
⩥ If upfront payment has not been made one week after I approved your commission request, I will cancel your slot and proceed to the next in line.
⩥ If you wish to make any major changes on anything that has already been approved, an additional fee will be charged.
⩥ Do not use the commissioned art with/as NFTs and AI
⩥ I may post the commissioned drawing on my social media or include it in my portfolio. However, if you don't want me to post it, please let me know!
Process:
⩥ Proceed to the next page on this Google form to submit details, such as commission type, how many characters, and any necessary details and information. Also provide an email address where I can send the finished comm.
⩥ Please provide as many references as you can (photos, written descriptions, pose reference, color palettes, your own drawings, etc) so I can make the drawing as close to your vision as possible!
⩥ I will send a confirmation email once upfront payment has been made and sketch phase has begun. No refunds at this time
⩥ Sketch will be sent for approval. Changes/revisions are allowed at this stage (please don't be afraid to ask me to change something because I want to make it just right for you!). Then color palette/thumbnail will be sent for approval, (plus another revision opportunity). I will be sending regular updates on your commission.
⩥ Finished artwork in full resolution will be emailed to you in JPG and PNG format
